What is Heart and Hands Foundation?
A Non-Government Organization Empowering Communities for Spiritual, Social, and Economic Development. We work in over 60 Districts in Uganda with our headquarters in Kyenjojo district western part of Uganda. We address challenges of literacy, poverty, skills development through vocational training and skilling of vulnerable girls.

Our activities
The institute is currently training over 400 young women, girls and boys who dropped out of school. They are being equipped with tailoring, carpentry, joinery, auto mechanics, catering and hotel management, hairdressing and fashion and design skills. Other activities are listed below
Economic Empowerment
The organization supports women, through skills transfer and provision of material to start income generating activities.
Education for All
We are accelerating and supporting learning programmes for disadvantaged children in hard to reach areas in the district and skilling of the girl child.
Social Development
The Organization teaches members about responsible parenthood, which is the core foundation of society
Sensitization
We promote advocacy for children rights and youth living with HIV/AIDS to receive friendly services, medication and counseling.
Spiritual Empowerment
We collaborate with churches in the community to teach Godly values and congregate as means of improving quality of life, integrity and good morals.
